With the submission of an Order, our customers agree to the terms and policies as stated.

Returning damaged, defective or incorrect merchandise:
If your package arrives visibly damaged, please make note of any damages. Or kindly refuse the delivery and contact  sales@baruns.com  immediately. Please unpack and inspect items as soon as possible, if the incorrect item is shipped to you or if the merchandise arrives damaged or is not working properly, please contact  sales@baruns.com  within 7 business days of arrival. Once we have evaluated the problem, we will do our best to ensure that you receive the correct item or a replacement item. Incorrect items will be substituted with the correct items. All returns or replacements will be issued a return code. ALL RETURNED ITEMS MUST HAVE A RETURN CODE WRITTEN ON THE OUTSIDE OF RETURNED PACKAGES. NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT THE CODE. This helps us in tracking correspondence and returns.

Orders shipped to addresses outside the United States:
Orders shipped to addresses outside the Continental United States may be assessed a tax or duty by the country accepting the package(s). Taxes, duties or brokerage fees are to be paid directly by the customer and are not refundable under any circumstances. Please check with your customs office to make sure you understand all fees that may be assessed on your order.
